Boldenone activity is mainly anabolic. It increases nitrogen retention, protein synthesis, increases appetite and stimulates the release of erythropoietin in the kidneys. It was synthesized in an attempt to create a long-acting injectable similar to Dianabol for androgen deficiency disorders.
